1st Follow Up + Ultrasound
This was the first follow-up appointment with my doctor after the surgery. My testicle was still swollen, and the doctor seemed puzzled about why this was occuring. He suggested an ultrasound to determine if the swelling was due to blood or fluid.
The ultrasound revealed a hydrocele and a possible hematoma on my right testicle.
Because the pain was worse in the evening, I asked for additional pain medication to take at night. Previously, I had only been prescribed medication for daytime use.
The medication prescribed for 7 days was: acetaMINOPHEN(LACTAM) 500mg, and Heparinoid Gel.

Later, I inquired about the testicular size. The ultrasound technician informed me that both were approximately 43 millimeters in length.
