Could Not See the New Doctor Who Specializes in Testicular Issues
I went to the hospital for an appointment to see Dr. Li Jian Ri and ended up waiting all afternoon. Unfortunately, I had to leave before I could see the doctor to pick up my son from school. I was hoping to get another testosterone scan and check if the blood thinner medication had helped restore any blood flow. I also needed a refill for pain medication as I'm running low.
The pain has changed again. It now feels similar to when I had a foreign body inside, as I experienced last summer, but this time it’s closer to the surface of my body. The sensation is sharper, like someone is sticking something under my skin. The burning sensation I had before is now much less. The pain is only manageable with Tramadol, as other pain medications are no longer effective.
As the weather is getting hotter, the pain in my healthy testicle has also worsened.
I've noticed changes in my personality. I used to enjoy chatting with people at places like 7-Eleven or in stores, but now I find myself avoiding conversations. The pain just makes me want to go home quickly and rest in a more comfortable position.
I try to convince myself that I can still do everything I used to, but it’s much harder now. For example, I used to sit on the floor and solder without any issues, but now I can only do it by enduring pain in a cramped position until the task is done, then stopping to rest, and repeating the cycle. Pain management has become my primary focus in life.
I’m not sure if it’s because I’m not going to the gym as much or if it’s related to changes in male hormones, but I’m noticing my muscles disappearing and my body is getting fatter, even though my weight on the scale hasn’t changed. This is very strange. Also, the hair growth in the surgical area is very slow, which could possibly be due to reduced blood flow.
I honestly don’t know what the surgeon did during the procedure, but something definitely isn’t right. I suspect his surgical technique was poor. In hindsight, maybe I’m lucky he didn’t perform the laparoscopic surgery, as that could have led to other complications, like a perforated bowel.
